PUBLISHCOLLATE = 0
SETS Plotting to single sheets for each DWG sent thru the publish command
PUBLISHCOLLATE = 1
SETS Plotting to ONE LARGE JOB for all DWGs sent thru the publish command

===================================================

Alright....
So I'm at this new job for over a year or so....
And everytime i try to batch plot via PUBLISH .... the damm server hangs up.... and NO ONE can plot!

The IT people need to reboot the plot spooler -- or --- reboot the printer server --- depending on the IT person's ability to do what... LOL

In any case....
I've been told that.... I had to use SHEET SET MANAGER to plot Shocked
I hate the SHEET SET MANAGER!!!!! Mad

Damm thing is a MINI database.... which weighs the c r a p out of AutoCAD.....
Friggin AutoDEsk...
Poor managers of memory!

In any case... after searching the web...
I came across this NEW system variable.... "PUBLISHCOLLATE".
Go figure....

Anyway...
I can now plot with PUBLISH.... yea! cheers

Dam --- "collate"... the LARGE job was too much for the server's plot module....
and now that each DWG is plotted seperately.....
Its not clogging up.... and everything is coming out...!!! drunken

Hope this helps someone out there.

hmm after reading this I might give publish another go. I get so fed up having to run through setting it all up that I think, It could have been less time if I'd have just plotted all 200 drawings.
I don't know.
