Rotating a dwg to a horizontal plane
I have used this, and it works fine for when you want to take an xref, or an original dwg from where it is currently, to a horizontal view (good for plan and profile sheets) and you can just us an xclip to create the plan view of the xrefA. change ucsfollow to 1B. open the UCS toolbar.C. select Z axis Rotate IconD. Select the "nearest" option on a line where the whole dwg will rotate to a horizontal.E. Select one point on the line, then select another nearest point ( from left to right)the dwg should now be set horizontally. Just be sure to change your ucsfollow back to ) when you're done rotatingHope this helps a little with UCS rotating
