MICROSTATION: POORMAN'S FILE FIXER
In MicroStation, sometimes files may act funny or start to go corrupt due to translated files or items inside the DGN.
An easy fix for this would be to place a fence box somewhere in the void space of the model space/ layout.
Make sure the fence mode is set to "VOID OVERLAP".
Now rotate the file by ZERO angle.
This should prompt MicroStation to re-align the vertices of ALL the vector items in the file
