ACAD (ANY): Lost My ToolBars

Someone her in my office lost their toolbars... So It prompted me to post this simple thing...

In AutoCAD r12 to 2005,
Its VIEW> TOOLBARS (And click what you need on and off)

In AutoCAD 2006 to 2008,
Right click on a blank area of the Interface where the toolbars are normally "docked".
And click what on what you need after you choose a MENU Group to turn Toolbars on...
